Here's a breakdown of our tenant fees

Holding Deposit
(Per Tenancy)

This is paid to officially reserve a property. Please note your holding deposit will be withheld if you/your guarantor provide false or misleading information which the landlord or agent can reasonably take into account when deciding to let a property – this can include your behaviour in providing the false and misleading information

  • fail a right to rent check

  • decide not to proceed with a tenancy (i.e. you ‘withdraw’ from a property).

By paying holding deposit you agree for it to be used as a contribution towards your first month’s rent if the Tenancy proceeds to move in/completion.

Equal to 1 weeks (agreed) rent

Tenancy Deposit
(Per Tenancy)

Exact amount will vary depending on the property; paid to cover potential damages or defaults during tenancy. For rent under £50,000 per year capped at max 5 weeks rent; for rent of £50,000 or more per year capped at max 6 weeks rent

Unpaid and/or late Rent payment(s) – England

Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent. This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears. If you are struggling with your rent payments please contact us straight away so we can help you find a solution. Failure to make rental payments may result in legal action being taken.
